Ron Miranda is a certified Sommelier who has tremedous experience with wine on multiple tiers: retail, restaurants, and private cellar acquisition and liquidation. He co-owned and operated the XO Wine Bistro in Manhattan Beach, CA. XO Wine Bistro had an award winning wine list and was named the #4 Wine Bistro in Los Angeles by Channel 7 News and was written up in the NY Times, LA Times, Wall St Journal and USA Today. Ron continues to create wine lists for other local restaurants. Mr. Miranda and his wife, Charlie Bean owned BACCHUS Wine Made Simple in Manhattan Beach, CA from 2003 - 2009.

Ron's specialty? Customer service. Ron's amazing ability to help people to understand their own palates, to explain flavors and characteristics of wine, to coordinate multifaceted large scale events, and take care of his customer, all while entertaining and running a business.
